Wendy helped us sell our "starter" townhome in Crofton, MD, which was the first time we had ever gone through this process. She did the research and set our expectations, then provided great resources to get things in order and put the house on the market. Once on the market, she was amazing with follow-up, open houses, etc. Unfortunately, despite her great efforts, we hit a major snag when we found out that the townhouse community's condo association had allowed FHA/VA loan authorizations to lapse, for which we, as the homeowner, could oh-so-frustratingly do NOTHING! (Caveat emptor on buying a home that has a condo association!) But, Wendy stuck by us and continued to be our advocate and motivator as we did all that we could to deal with this setback, until we eventually found a conventional loan buyer. I can never say enough great things about the experience, and I will definitely use her again when we move back to MD!
